Under Tile Mat kits

Under tile mat kits are our most used systems, the mat system use’s exactly the same cable as the loose system except the cable spacing is already done for you, all you need to do is roll the mat out all over the floor until it’s used up, the cable can be removed from the mat to shape into any tricky spaces. This system is ideal for kitchens, lounges, and most other larger applications. This systemcomes in 3 different power outputs, 100w-150w-200w. Our 200w mats are normally used in conservatories and and poor insulated areas, we do not advise using our 200w system on wooden subfloors.
Our heating mat system is suitable for many different types of floor covering including Tiles, Carpet and Vinyl floors, when installing our system for carpet and vinyl floors it is neccesary to cover the cables with a layer of latex levelling compound, we advise checking compatibility with the floor covering manufacturer before any installation.

100w/m2 heating mats are mainly used for tile warming only and can be used to cover large areas (up to 35m2 from one thermostat)
100w/m2 mats are not considerd suitable for use as a primary heat source, they should only used as a secondary heating source and for tile warming
150w/m2 underfloor heating mats can be used as a primary heating system providing there is suitable insulation present in the building upto current regulations
This is the most popular heating system, mainly used for Kitchens, lounges, big bathrooms and large bedrooms
200w/m2 heating mats are normally used in areas that suffer from high heat loss, such as conservatories and outbuildings
Warm up times will be approx
25% faster than using standard 150w/m2 heating mats, and suitable for areas that have no insulation present

Our heating mats are quick and easy to install, making them the ideal choice for your new electric underfloor heating sytem. The mat has the cables set at factory pre set spacings , ensuring the heat is distrubuted evenly throughout the tiled floor. The matting can be easily cut to fit any room and navigate around fixed obstacles, such as center island- units etc
Our underfloor Heating mat cables are only 3mm in diameter and come are also twin wire and earth screened, the cables are securly attached to the 500mm wide nylon mesh, which has with high tac adhesive tapes to enable accurate positioning and fixing of the heating mats before tiling.

Our electric underfloor heating Kits are supplied with a 230V teflon coated heating mat(s), The Aube TH132-F programmable digital thermostat as standard, we are currently offering a free upgrade to the TR3100 remote control thermostat, this has the option to switch between Floor/Air/Floor+Air, complete with floor temperature probe, conduit housing, floor primers and applicator. All our heating cable systems are twin wire earth screened which means they can be used for use in bathrooms (providing electrical requirements are meet)
Where any under floor heating installation is installed, the heat can travel in both directions down as well as up. Cement/solid floors act as a heat sink absorbing energy from your heating system, we always reccomend you use insulations boards directly beneath the heating mats, this will significantly improve the performance of your floor heating system and save you money on wasted warm up times.
