Our In screed heating systems are made from a 5.5mm thick, heavy duty twin wire earth screened cable rated at 17w per linear meter, normally for use beneath or within a traditional screeded floor on top of insulation boards, they can also be used extremely effectively as a heavy duty under tile cable for use with thick tiles or flag stones.

Our 5.5mm thick in screed heating system is suitable for many different types of floor covering including tiles, carpet, vinyl and most wooden floors, the cables are normally installed on top of a foil backed insulation board, a minimum 50mm screed is then poured on top (see seperate installation details)

Our underfloor Heating cables are 5.5mm in diameter, they are also twin wire and earth screened, making them fully 17th edition compliant when installed to our guidelines, the cables output range is from 160w/m2 to 220w/m2, depening on cable spacing
